besides filing a grievance, where do usps employees go to file harassment complaints? Already tried EEOC and that is against private businesses. I need help with individual harassment cases. TIA

Where do I go to do that? I registered (which was a job within its self) just to be told that they couldn’t help. eeoc.gov was the websiteYou absolutely can file an EEO.

Nothing happened to my harasser at work. This place is full of hostile people! It's a breeding ground for even more violence. They just get away with it repeatedly.besides filing a grievance, where do usps employees go to file harassment complaints? Already tried EEOC and that is against private businesses. These policies are only in place to cover the employer's arse, if it comes to that.

-- Against you personally or helping someone in the office?
-- Invite the offending party to accompany you the Rural Bulletin Board so both of you can go over the following items:
-- The Contract's MOU #14
-- The USPS's Zero Policy
-- The USPS's Harassment Policy
-- The ELM's Section 665 -- Standards of Conduct
If none are posted or there is no Union bulletin board, file grievances.
-- Document, document, and document
-- If you have access to the NRLCA web site and can get inside, look for the April 2016 issue of the National Magazine, which covered "Bullying in the Workplace" in the Question Box section.
-- There used to be a form entitled Abusive Supervisor Incident Worksheet. Don't see why the from could be used for an abusive co-worker if need be.
Thank you so much!!mailady97 -- "besides filing a grievance, where do usps employees go to file harassment complaints? Already tried EEOC and that is against private businesses. I need help with individual harassment cases."

lol you are absolutely right about that one!! Thank you, I will ask pm for it todayThis Usps publication 552 is management's guidelines of what they MUST do if Harrassment is reported to them.. If any of it is not followed, any employee may file a grievance on that in itself. Then management must PROVE the steps they took after the "Harrassment" was reported.
My suggestion is to ask your manager for that publication 552 (all supplies and documents necessary to do your job are required to be supplied to you). If he has the chance to read it before he hands it to you, which he most likely will, (because no manager knows how to really do their jobs) your office may change drastically.
