4 RCAs went PTF in our office on the same day, does the seniority reset to test scores as routes come up for bid since the PTF hire date is the same? Or does it remain the RCA hire date as the seniority order of awarding routes?

RCA time (continuous) is the tie-breaker. If 2 of those have the same RCA time & no previous postal time, the last 3 or more digits of their social are used (000 being senior).
