Okay, we're getting all sorts of ballot requests in the mail nowadays.... what's the REAL policy on delaying and returning ballot request for lack of postage???? Are they to be returned for lack of postage, or forwarded to the election boards for payment??? Is there a policy on this????

Our PM had a standup indicating that we were to deliver ALL ballots, in or out, whether they had postage or not. This applied only to ballots. Nothing else.

Just had some the other day, didn't know what to do, that's what I was told, we never had an official stand up on it!

A number of new carriers in our offices, so standup surely justified, they'd never been through it before. Besides, when we are given standups such as this one, the PM doesn't decide "hey I want to tell something to everyone" it's instead "upper management dictated me to tell you this stuff"

Why don't they just put delivery confirmation on these ballots, problem almost solved?

I'd never heard this directive. I've refused many ballots without postage.

Ballots are to be delivered. Boards of Elections pay postage due.

Wasn’t the question about ballot “requests” as in customer wants a ballot, and not actual completed ballots?
