Dear Covid- I hate you

Hey hope you all are staying well...I am taking my daughter for a trip to the doctor in the am that will most likely include a Covid test. I was informed results usually in 3-5 days. I reached out to my PM and supervisor both call and then text, and have yet to get any response or acknowledgement. I am wondering if anyone has had to use the 80 hours paid time off made available to RCAs related to Covid or care of a dependent related to Covid. Any guidance or info would be much appreciated.

An RCA working in my office tested positive. 2 other carriers in an office she works at tested positive. None of us in both offices who were in contact with her were allowed to quarantine despite me being way over on 2080/2240.

HR has to approve your quarantine. Otherwise report for duty *cough *cough
