This only works if your step and evaluation were constant.
Doesn't account for 8127 pay, Christmas Overtime pay or Overtime pay under COVID MOUS.
Salary always updates before back pay in the real world.

It is the pay period that the new pay schedules start.

the new salary will take effect before they can figure any backpay. backpay would be moving target as long as the old salary is still in effect. they have a tough enough time getting it figured when the time frame is static.

The NRLCA has gone back into "silent mode" nothing but crickets! It was getting hopeful during the whole Zoom Meeting time period with site being updated and everything. But that's the most they have ever done so they must be tired.

We won't hear from them again for until 2024. Well maybe 2025 when they finally decide to start talking about new contract that is already expired.

I think they need to start talking now and maybe they will have it hashed out by time this one expires.

Yeah, I get that... I was just wondering when the new salaries were projected to be on our paystubs... APWU has put out a timeline for theirs, but so far, nil heard from NRLCA...

Well, their's is pretty far out... they released a statement regarding the complexity of their adjustments due to pay step changes with the new contract... but, they didn't monkey with our pay steps, so hopefully ours can be quicker...

That's the time it took , after ratification , for the APWU to give dates for implementation of the new pay charts.

Hopefully they'll break their silence and let us know what the schedule is.. js... we shouldn't have to be sitting around speculating.... RCAs might even wanna know about their leave earning and such..
