Servicing box

I have this brick mail box that I can not service from the street, so I pull in like my wonderful drawing and turn around in their yard to get to the box that's just perfect for the driver of whom ever lives there to just drive up in the the driver seat to pick out their mail. With this already being a pain, they have decided to put cinder blocks in the yard where I am destroying their grass. I refuse to back in because I shouldnt have to for one. Two I don't like backing into traffic behind me. What are my options here can I just put their mail on hold and tell them to build a new box 🤣

Well first. Don’t drive in the grass.

But why aren’t they inline with the rest of the boxes? I’d tell your PM and have them move the box to be in your line of travel. If they refuse well they can get their mail at their local post office.
I have to do a 3 point turn and the driveway is too narrow that it would be like a 7 point turn to avoid the grass. Ok thanks I'll talk to them, a lot of my boxes are about 4 or 5 feet off the road in a ditch for some reason which makes traffic difficult cause I have to wait to get back in

I think I will leave them a note tomorrow saying I need to be able to service from the road and their mail will be available for pick up until then

I'm the kind of person that just does the job no matter what, even when it's inconvenient, but when they purposely make it even more inconvenient, come on man really, kinda felt like I was already going out of my way.

I mean if that tickles your pickle go ahead. I’m just gonna say, the USPS won’t reward you for it. So if you get a personal sense of pleasure then fine, but don’t do it out of expectation you’ll be rewarded.

The only pleasure I got was destroying his grass 😜

Thanks, I grabbed that today when I got back and told my PM about it, she said she'd drive out there to look at it and we'd fill it out.
Your sub if you have one thanks you. Seriously I thank you as an rca way to many regs go way overboard providing a service. It only costs us time we do not get paid for and sets a precedence for every other customer to do as they please with a mailbox.
