Adding extensions,like pulling chicken's teeth!!!

Ok,sorry so many threads lately,but new supervisor. Anyway,I have a new extension with just one box. I have requested this box with the additional mileage to be added onto my route. I have turned in my edit book and updated my line of travel. Crickets from management,other than the new supervisor is demanding I serve this box. Obviously,without any compensation at all. Sorry,tired of working for free. So,when do I start serving this box?Do I need to grieve? Thanks so much!!!!

You need psform 4027 to be filed out. I send all the mail back as in dispute and leave the ps form 4027 in the box and state I will not deliver any mail and send it all back. Works most of the time when the resident starts filing formal complaints. Maybe leave them instructions on how to get their box approved.

Alternatively, under rrecs you simply start delivering and add it to the map program/edit book the following week. Then request an official mileage check to get the miles. Grieve any refusals to keep the retroactive pay dates.

Also, keep in mind that when "something" occurs while you are "servicing this customer" ( dog bite, vehicle incident, other injury to yourself and / or RCAs servicing customer, etc. ) AND this stop IS NOT on your 4003, what do you think the PO is going to use and say to deny you / others any OWCP protection ? Heck, it's bad enough when you ARE where you are supposed to be let alone a stop(s) NOT on your line of travel.

Entirely possible that PM has no idea how to get anything mapped. Our new PM(new to office, not as a PM. Has been a PM for about 10 years in other offices), has to have someone from district come out to the office and do the mapping. Doesn't know how the computer program works and has no intention of learning how to use it. Good help is hard to find.
