Time for us to go one strike! Time to bring in Lawyers and sue! The post office has been screwing us for years! Putting things in our files that never happened, not paying us for work performed, not paying us for extra trips! The list goes on and on! I can give you a whole list of things I’ve have learned over the years! I have had enough! If we are going to fix the system we all need to stand up! Ditch our union and sue the system! Millions of dollars have been stolen from us!

I haven’t looked into what I’m about to say yet, but an old sub texted me the other day about a face book post. Some carrier actually sat down, figured out their wages, subtracted all deductions and discovered their actual take home pay is less than what they figured it should have been. Said carrier said she’s $21 short, and another in her office was $100 short….
while my ex sub and I was texting, she did math on 3 checks. One was $27.92 short, another was $30.11 short, and her 3rd was $48.93 short.
Only figures she was using was gross pay + ema, minus all deductions……
pay roll is way above my head, so I’m thinking there’s more to it than adding and subtracting so simple.
But it LOOKS like even more wage theft going on behind the scenes?

I'd suggest you look at the paystubs on liteblue and do the calculations. I recall at times the paper stub would not reconcile because there was not enough spaces for all of the deductions. However, the liteblue paystub would reconcile.

I truly believe any payroll issues are in the figuring the gross pay and ema miles. The deductions need to be accurate in order to reconcile for the W-2's at the end of the year.

Dont forget Delaying pay steps either...I KNOW FOR A FACT that pm's can and will make it to where you dont progress as quickly, and that affects al, sick time, tsp etc....Just thinking about it TICKS ME OFF...😡😡😡🤠

I keep saying it on Fridays or which ever day is the last day you work before next week ie Saturday. Just spend the time on EoS to make sure all miLes time etc are put in properly. Should we have to do this nope not one bit. Do you want to get every penny owned just do it.

I was given (and paid) an Hour of 8127 time last paycheck. Even though I worked over 15 hours of overtime for the pay period, it was paid out as if it was a bonus. It was added in separately as a straight pay adjustment. The hour was not added to my total actual hours which would have earned me an OT rate. The games they play.

I use an hours tracker app to keep track of my hours & pay. As an RCA I was regularly shorted hours in other offices when I was being paid on a green card. But I had a PM who would fix it in a hot minute. It was frustrating but at least I had a good PM.

Now as a regular you’d think my pay would be straight forward, but my new PM is a disaster. And for 2 pay periods I’ve been trying to get correctly paid for 2nd trips.

I refused to make a 2nd trip since then. I tell them I can’t fit it. And ask the RCA to run the packages.

I will continue to do so, until this gets fixed. Or the PM gets fired, which at this point seems like a possibility.

Ok where do I sign up for that please. I have a ton more to add to that list!

Compensation should be simple. Pay for what work is done, don't pay for work that's not done.

First problem is our system has numerous glitches and often fails to accurately reflect what's actually been worked.

Second problem is shifty management that tries to shave time by adding lunches, fails to pay for second trips, etc.

Third problem is there's absolutely NO transparency as to what we're paid for and how that's calculated.

Probably a fourth and fifth too, but I'll stop there.

Compensation should be simple.

But have you attended all the union meetings, called your congressman, and donated to PAC? :p
