I hope the NRLCA doesn’t negotiate another unenforceable position for wage theft violations.
While I'm one of the last they'd ever listen to, I hope they press an arbitrator to also give the Association's grievance administration bill for wage theft grievances to the USPS as part of the resolution.
Wage/time theft is the antithesis of whatever good faith agreement an employer and employee can have. While an employer who has no control over its employees can't reasonably sustain its mission, no employee that works for free can reasonably sustain the comparative livelihood expected from the wages agreed upon hire.
How many ways does wage theft affect the high-3 and TSP?
