Regular Carrier SL and AL Earned

Old Fart

Hi everyone, sorry for the basic questions but can't locate in database anywhere. Carriers are asking me questions!

How much AL is advanced each year? How many years employment and where are the higher levels? Can AL be earned beyond allocated amount at the beginning of the year?

How much sick leave is advanced each year? When does that amount increase? How much do carriers earn past the initial allocation? Does that increase with increased time as a regular?

Thanks in advance. Perhaps Old Fart has memory issues.

Every employee earns .5 day SL a pay period, none is advanced. AL is advanced at beginning of leave year. Regular carriers earn 13 days AL the first 2 yrs, then 20 AL beginning with 3rd yr, then 26 AL beginning 15th yr.
