reasonable accommodation

If my new Pm failed to follow reasonable accommodation would that be grounds for an EEO?

backstory. I have an auto immune and asked for a van. They don’t have any however the current Pm has been swap my LLV with a van when a sub is in the route. It has worked out for 6 months.

The new PM says that she’s going to make me wait for a van to come back after the route is done..

if I have to wait, wouldn’t that be considered actual wait time since I’m a regular?

I have paperwork.

Wait time, paid at overtime rate. They're providing you a vehicle. EEO might be valid here since they're making your life more difficult despite knowing full well you need a Metris to avoid overheating. I would also make the argument that you should have the same vehicle all the time since fumes are a concern (I'm assuming smoking, vaping, deodorizers and the like cause an attack). 1767 safety notice to cover the safety concerns, grievances, EEO for the PM so they can explain in writing specifically why they changed the original arrangement you had with your former PM.

With an EEO Complaint, you must show that you were treated differently than a similarly situated employee because of gender, age , religion, race, disability and there are a couple more. The similarly situated employee need not be from your office. That employee could also be a city carrier. Similarly situated . You would probably have more success with a non compliance complaint with the ADA ( Americans with Disabilities Act ) from which the reasonable accommodation is mandated. Take a look ;

@Lyra Just so you are aware you can see the office you are located at in the bottom paragraph. You can also see through the blacked-out line on the top. It may be in your best interest to edit or remove the photo to protect yourself from hidden manglement on this forum

Yeah....eeo's are very time consuming, and seldom effective....in my opinion. Definitely would pursue further actions, if nothing else, retain a lawyer....definitely grieve a toxic workplace environment, because that is exactly TOXIC for you in this situation. Best of luck, and hope you give this pm some rural training....my way of saying, a swift kick in the keister...
🤣😂🤣😂🤠

Yeah, I noticed that too. It can definitely cause you some grief. I'd edit that, and sooner rather than later...Shannonboy 🤠
