Taking high option as 48k?

Someone came back after eval as 48k (despite losing Amazon and routes being cut). Just found out they took high option? You can land that high as high option?

There is no option above 50h43m. The highest a 46j can go. They just classify everything without a choice as high.

How can they do that when you need to be regular for at least 10 yrs, and actually elect high option?

Information provided is not right . No evaluation lands you in 48k with high option . High option evaluation makes you a J or H route . And that is also capped at 46
