i haven't...Anyone hearing through the grapevine about this? I can only remember one, about 25 years ago, that pertained to rural carriers. I am curious, because of an article in FEBA that said that an early out is almost assured this year, because of the financial state of the USPS.
They have cut clerk numbers so bad in the last 15 years, that there wouldn't be much savings there. Management are "at will" employees, if I am not mistaken. They could can them without compensation.Doubtful for rural I can see hourly clerk, management mainly.
But that takes an act of Congress and it's not just the PO it's all Federal employees.Don't need VERA just let us buy back sub time. Watch the place empty out listen to the whooshhhh sound
