part time flexible rural carrier

If Ptf you can not be placed on an aux route, that is strictly for RCAs. You can service it as needed to make sure it gets covered.

More information is required to give you more detailed answer. Ie are you the only sub in your office or not. Some basic info you can not be scheduled for the daily eval of over 12 hrs. Meaning if aux and route you cover are over 12 hrs eval you should not be doing both. Management can suit up and deliver one if absolutely necessary.

It's always a real joy to load up on U Cart or Pumpkin a split of a route for a supervisor to carry. Especially if the supervisor rarely has to leave the office and almost never delivers.

it was put up for bid and a rca won it, but now they saying to me being a part time fexible regular i was suppose automatically take it
oh goodness, your management is so dumb.

no, you do not automatically get an auxiliary route. aux routes are not, as @Worve stated, for ptfs or regulars. nor is one to be put up for bid. it is supposed to be offered, by seniority, to rcas until one takes it.

what you do get automatically is a regular (career) route. so, when one of those become open, you will automatically be a regular.

call your DR tomorrow and get him/her to educate your management pronto before they mess up anything else.

You keep saying they put aux rt up for bid. Aux rts are not bid, was this an aux that has become a regular route? If so yes it will be yours.
EXCELLENT point! Since an Aux can't be "put up for bid" this MIGHT be a route that was large enough to become a regular route.

In this case call your DR immediately as time is of the essence to get things straightened out.
