UPS pension over ours

It’s ridiculous our pension is not being contributed to by USPS, but we are delivering packages for UPS as a private company so their drivers can continue to build their pension. We should not be delivering any packages for UPS until our pensions are funded again. FERS retirement is not being funded currently.

And?? Not the first time they have done this and in the end it will not effect your FERS retirement. They will at some point make the deposits and in reality they are probably still overfunded into the system.
