However many working days there are in a year that’s the maximum.
I guess you can take as many as your management will approve. You get 10 free & clear. After that it takes away your amount of leave earned.
I suppose you know about the 12 weeks allowed for FMLA and the 24 hrs if all your sick leave is exhausted. If you take more than 6 months worth in a year, all the time after that doesn’t count toward service time.

If you take more LWOP days in the year than you work in a PP then you lose the AL and SL earned fore that PP. (12 days on H; 11 days on J; 10 days on K). Also keep in mind, if you use more than 130 LWOP days in a year your retirement date could be affected. For any days beyond the 130, your time used to calculated you work history for your annuity will be reduced by the number of LWOP days taken.
