That's only because they have cut costs everywhere except where they should have: Management ;)

THIS ^^^^^^^

Instead of progressing and improving like most companies, what has our company done??? Slow things down and delay things (THANKS DEJOY) to point it is so bad no one wants to use us anymore. Then they wonder why business is down???:unsure::cautious:;):unsure:

Then we blame the carriers for all the problems.

Service gets worse, volume drops, then the people actually delivering it catch the heat. That loop is getting pretty old.

Meanwhile the layers making those calls never seem to be the ones answering for the fallout. Funny how that works. The decision gets made somewhere above everyone’s head, then the people actually dealing with the consequences are left trying to make sense of it.

That disconnect is probably what annoys people most. If the same person signing off on the call also had to explain every downstream problem it caused, I suspect a lot more thought would go into those decisions before they were pushed through.

It’s a bit like a Winaura Casino https://winaura-france.fr/ where someone keeps changing the rules for the games and slots, but never has to sit at the table and deal with the mess afterward.

The accountability chart always seems to point downhill, while the decision-making chart points somewhere offsite.
