Management changing up the matrix

I have monday off. 3rd in seniority. Can management move me to another k day off ?I thought monday to Friday they cant move us only Saturday if they change up matrix?

If mutually agreed upon they can change your day. Without going formula they shouldn't be changing people's days off. The matrix doesn't really dictate days off as much as it does assign coverage to those who have days off. It is just framework for them to use when scheduling leave replacements. Them retooling the matrix for the subs shouldn't impact your day off. Are you a formula office?

Did the calculations and we can have 4 Saturdays off. We have 4 J routes , do they count as 4 or do they count as 2 since alternative?

They count as 2 if formula was implemented properly and alternating.

I was told this "Remember you can only go from a weekday to a Saturday and only a Saturday to a weekday .. you can't go from a weekday to a week day" if i have monday off management cant force me to take another weekday as my K day Can someone verify?

Anecdotal but in our office we went formula and i kept my Saturday off for about 6 months before they changed things up. Upon changing things up i lost my Saturday and picked monday. Someone from monday got moved to a different day so i could get monday off. I don't know what the proper thing is there but i do know what happened on my office. They added another ptf so they created another string. Maybe that is why they were able to do what they did in my office.

Once a non-Saturday relief day is assigned to a route in accordance with Article 9.2.C.5.d
that relief day remains as the assigned relief day for the route, except in limited circumstances. See attached Step 4 settlement.

J-routes do not count. The Formula calculates how many K-routes can be required to have a weekday Relief Day.
Js always get Saturday but can be a weekday by mutual agreement. This has no impact on the Relief Days of the K-routes.
There is no maximum limit for Saturday K-Days; only a maximum of weekday K-days.
