Is the pay rate for RCA’s the same in every state or does it vary by state?

Why doesn’t an RCA’s receive the same pay scale as a Regular when we do the same job?

Gross is the same, but deductions vary, including association dues.

You don't even get the same pay as other RCAs... I'd worry about fixing that little problem before moving on to wanting the same pay as Regulars... jmho... Check out Pay Tables 3 & 4, both for RCAs (all doing the same job)...

We have at least 4 pay tables... Tables 1 & 2 for Regulars, and Tables 3 & 4 for RCAs... Table 3 RCAs actually DO make MORE than Table 2 REGULARS... so any discussion of equal pay for equal work should start with addressing the 2-Tier pay system, imo...

-- Don't forget the 2 - PTF hourly basic rates at the bottom of Tables ONE and TWO.

-- And the Pay Schedule for 03 MARCH 2018 included a Rural Auxiliary Schedule ( Grade 5 )

That's why I said "at least" 4... and weren't there more if you were hired back in the 1990's... maybe still some of those around??? At least still mentioned in the contract, I think.... Table 3 Schedule 2...

So, for anyone looking at RCA pay in the last contract, it ranges from $17 and change, to about $26 bucks an hour... so much for the premise of equal pay for equal work... just sayin'... ?
