By inconsistent I mean I scan while I'm walking...its called efficiency ....just can't seem to break THAT habit?Ok...thanks...that helps...I don't agree with it or the ENTIRE study, lol....boy am I inconsistent...??
Yea...but its All recorded and shows up on the mother ship...Stride time is from parking spot to door for scan. Scan at vehicle = no strides taken, therefore no walking time.
Scan at the delivery point, finish scan as you're walking back!By inconsistent I mean I scan while I'm walking...its called efficiency ....just can't seem to break THAT habit?
I believe the scan should be completed at the delivery point in order to receive full credit.Scan at the delivery point, finish scan as you're walking back!![]()

Therein lies the disparity in rural routes. 12 large parcels! Our routes get over 100 large parcels the we have to schlep to the door. Pay us HOURLY! Please. No offense foxy, just pointing out the discrepancy in rural routes. Can someone tell me if I am doing this right . I want to figure out what being paid for every parcel will gain me.
At count I got robbed. 40 parcels. I estimate 30 smalls 10 larges. On a normal day I bet we get 60 total I'd go conservative and say still 12 larges. What math would I do to figure out my gains on smalls only? Would I say 20 extra or 30 extra on the calculator

How many miles? Days we get 20 25 get outs combined with winter in the north we can barely make truck.Therein lies the disparity in rural routes. 12 large parcels! We are in the northeast...routes average about 30 miles, rural/suburban usually around 150' curb to door. Evaluation is basically a thing of the past. Last count 2018 Amazon conveniently vaporized, 2 weeks after count, reappeared. It's tough and we have a great pm.How many miles? Im going by what the city side does..so yes..we'd be paid 8hours. The routes that are expected to go over are chopped off and given to the carriers on routes that are projected to be under...hypothetically keeping every one at 8...How would hourly work? Would we get paid 8 no matter what or would we have to slug it out to get a full day pay? I beat eval usually by 20 to 30 minutes but rarely is it more then that .
Ain't that the truth my thumb is robotized. Flats first yada yada.Scanner is turning us into robots! Warning, warning, i'm about to destruct!!!
