Regular Carriers that worked between August, 2018 to August 16, 2019 will receive a check. RCAs that worked between November 25, 2018 to August 16, 2019 will receive a check.

Regs got a COLA raise in August 2018 so that’s when their pay change starts. RCAs don’t receive COLAs but get an extra 1% in November which is where theirs begins.

All the years that I was an RCA I never understood that whole idea that RCA's cost of living didn't change at the same pace as a Regular Carrier, I guess the USPS & NRLCA both think that "food, gas, and all other expense's" for RCA's only change every three years!

That was from the Arbitrator & only in that contract. All others have it added in Nov with the annual contract raise. There were some years that a Regs got NOTHING for COLA.
