I spoke with the ADR yesterday and she said that waiting to be let in and out through a gate by a security guard would fall under miscellaneous time. The PM says it's "built in" and today he says that I would only get miscellaneous time if it were an authorized dismount. Thank you for your reply Friar.
These gates are also in my mapping but when I get to these companies gates, a guard has to open the gate for me to drive to their mailbox.I didn't know we'd get time for waiting, but I don't normally wait (ok, so I technically do because I hit the buzzer, then when the buzzer sound stops after ~3 seconds I'm allowed in), so I never thought about it. Before rrecs on my old route when I'd hit a buzzer to be let in, after 20 seconds or so of no reply I'd just walk away.
Mine is an authorized dismount (and in my mapping), you must be talking about a gate at a non-dismount (parcels/signatures). I never thought about that.
I believe it's "built-in" with the traffic control point in mapping. There is also this nonsense: "Analysis of the output from this study resulted in an estimate of 3.41% for unavoidable delays while driving. As a result, the entries for standard drive times in the matrix include a 3.41 percent allowance for unavoidable delays."

. Doesn’t mean others might not get it. Only thing similar was on old aux when I ran it. Everyday I got stopped by buses dropping off kids added 15 minutes a day that did get misc time. Keep in mind for that occasion I timed it for weeks before mms and got pre approval.
Good point I think I will go in and ask the postmaster if those people called him yet. when he ask what people I will say the ones that I keep pulling out infront of at the stop signs, and when he says why would you do that I will reply because RRECS says I only have three seconds to get through the stop sign and the only way I can do that is just pull out infront of people and make them slam on their brakes, it seems to be really ticking them off. then just walk away and leave him not knowing if I really am or not.

This is the part that makes my blood pressure rise! The PM knew about this issue since the first week of the count when I reminded him about getting MT for waiting at the gates and refused to say anything to me until I brought it to his attention that he had not given me credit for MT. This could have been taken care of before the end of the count and now that it's over, who knows how long it could take to be resolved.
