120 day letter, when is it satisfied?

How long does a Sub RCA or PTF, have to be assigned to your route as a Primary, before the 120 day letter is satisfied?
For example, if I put in 120 day letter, and two months in, an RCA chose my route as a new primary route, but then quit 45 days later, does that mean I have to do a new 120 day letter?
How long does your Sub have to be assigned before you have to redo the 120 day letter is a what I am asking.

If a sub came in and was put on the rolls as your sub of record (printed on your 4240 as sub) that satisfies the 120 day letter you had in place. When that sub is taken off your sub of record (mgmt. doesn't always take the care to see that this is done when a sub quits or moves) and you are officially "vacant" for sub of record, you would have to start the process all over again with a new 120 day request.

As soon as that Sub is trained, the request is complete. You’ll need to submit your request again.
BTW... a Sub should not be able to just “choose” to change their Primary to your route unless you are out for more than 30 days or when you lose your sub (quit, transfer, promotion). If no current subs want to change when the Primary position is vacated, your route goes to the “registry” & the next sub hired goes to those routes with a 120-Day Letter.

Thanks...yeah we had a bunch of shuffling due to promotions (yay!) So I got a new sub,..to me...who then quit.
So yeah guess I will start all over again.

But to clarify, if I get a brand new sub, once we do the 5 days of initial route training then the 120 day letter is satisfied?
