Well they work for the Post Office so I would say they can not afford a stampMaybe the 85% who didn’t return their ballot couldn’t afford a stamp

The NRLCA does not want us to vote they do not care about us think about it why does it take them so long to get us a bad contract because if we dis ban them we have to wait a year afterwards to start a vote to get a new one by making us wait they run the clock out so that a three year contract is up before we could get the process going. there is no reason that we should not have our back pay one month after the contract is ratified. they already know how many hours they owes for and a simple spread sheet will do the math for them as fast as the information goes in. So the only way this is going on is they are just wanting to hurt us and the union is in on it. The only other way is that they are not able to do their jobs because I could write the spread sheet no problem so how did they get the job because the post office knew they were not qualified to be able to do it.Only 48.6 % voted that's still such a shame that 95K employees don't care enough to send in their ballot. The apathy is just getting worse every year. We only have about 4% show up for state meetings.
Would not matter the votes would be counted the same way our mail is for RRECS To cheat us as much as they canIf people did participate we might actually send them running for the hills. They would not know what to do, haha.
I feel that Rrecs, USPS, and the NRLCA do not give enough credit towards the routes. I have done many different sized routes throughout my career and got to know the pace of each of them. The route I have now, when done at a normal, everyday casual pace would get the carrier back at 6-6:30 (without a break) and that is without doing a 2nd trip. The RCA's have been taking those out. This route is evaluated at 44k. Somewhere along the work we do, Rrecs is missing key data that would extend the time it takes to complete the routes. It may be in the morning office time, in Parent/Child (dual zip code) routes, or while on the streets (to door, gravel/paved, speed Mph, etc...).Would not matter the votes would be counted the same way our mail is for RRECS To cheat us as much as they can
I bet they made alot of fond memories at their convention.........Which is why I voted “no”. This Table One Carrier didn’t see much in this contract for me as usual. There needed to be more.
What needs to be exposed:Missed opportunity for eligible.Table 2 voters to participate en masse and affect an overall No vote on this.
What needs to be exposed:
Don Maston "we could've got rid of Table 2, but then we'd have to give up [3 weeks, already built into rrecs] Christmas OT!"
No no vote would expose this retarded way of thinking. Voting no in August is how we protest.
Is this quote of his captured in some meeting minutes, Q&A, or audio/video even? Witnesses who will attest? If so, he needs to be removed from his position for uttering blatant falsehoods concerning labor negotiations to a union audience. There is no way in hail that this "if-then" offer was or ever will be considered by the USPS labor team. Somebody is FOS and needs popping. What needs to be exposed:
