2026 PSHB Premiums have been published

Healthcare industry is a joke! Everything way overpriced meanwhile these insurance companies deny your claims leaving you to foot the bill making these uncaring jerks rich. Leading us to a path of working to only pay for these extreme insurance costs, for get about food and necessities. The team responsible for coming up with COLA should be making $20/hour and giving themselves a COLA every year. Bet it’d be more than 1.3%
That would be your union the same people that fought to have your sallary cut every six months under the rrecked system.

OK, that helps. Since you will not turn 65 before beginning of year, you will not "qualify" for the Medicare Advantage option for any of the Aetna plans until I think you said April. Your best option right now is to make no changes in open season this year if you are happy with your plan. When you do turn 65 and are enrolled in Medicare A & B, you can op into your current plans Medicare Advantage option. The next year you can look into the Aetna plan we have been discussing "Aetna Advantage w/ Medicare Advantage option". Always keep in mind that if you are self + one or self and family, that the Aetna Advantage plan without converting to Medicare Advantage option, has some pretty high co-pays and deductibles so EVERYONE on you plan needs to be on Medicare for it to be a viable option.
