2080/2240 compensation

From what I remember, they take your hourly wage now and apply it backwards for the year. It may not be corrected before the new year. They recalculate your hours by the payperiod. Sometimes it's takes 60-90 days for Eagan to figure out. Odds are your will get an additional payment.

This would be for 2240 overage. For 2080, I would assume to be faster since it is simply paying Overtime for all hours over 2080.
Yes, Mgmt will get an email from district saying your pay is under review. From there you want until they figure out the numbers. They will push to cut your route for making them look bad, so please contact your DR for defense of that nonsense. You should have final numbers by tax time.

They'll have quite a few hoops to negotiate if they go after my route...I changed my drop to a Tuesday 3 years ago, im over 55, and inflated covid numbers alone isn't reason enough to cut a route...ill bury them in paperwork for a year...then retire?
