Given the deluge of parcels, my body isn't holding up well. Does anyone know if I could request working only 3 days/week long term? I don't need any more than that to pay my bills.

Solution
Well I know that may be ideal but repeated unavailability may be an issue. The only way to insure no discipline would be to put a slip in every week with days requested off and have it approved. It may be disparate treatment if they constantly allow one employee to only work three days per week. Get with your doctor and have an FMLA case, that'll really help. Lwop could negativity affect retirement if career.

Edited- removed rca so it applies to career and non career.
