4240 Ink Color

Anyone know if we can only use black or blue ink in the 4240? Any ELM F21 po603 references?

Way back in 2008... There was 2 sides on this form. Here is link. Notice in instructions all entries must be in ink. No mention of color.

I like to use blue, and try to highlight something at least once a pay period.

(It makes it easier to spot a copy.)

Our RCAs fill this form out in red, and the regulars in blue or black. Supposedly makes it easier when entering in payroll. Just an aside, red ink does not photocopy well, if at all on a black and white machine.

Whenever I take a DACA 5.... I write it in bold RED letters on the 4240... ?
