4241-M Request

Yes, interested.
Need to understand what's going on with all the excess office time I was given that I don't typically use. It is a good thing for my route, I will take it happily, but I need to understand and see where it's coming from.
Having the 4241-M printed on Monday.
For me, big Office time was Loading and EOS. I guess Sorting Parcels too.

Requesting anyone who can sit down and explain every line item on our 4241-M. I think I get it. But for clarification I would like to know what I am doing right and wrong. To my knowledge no one has had explicit training on the items and their effect.
I would like to know where Red plums would be? On line 6 of page 2 of 4241m, I have 167.88 under 12-month average. I have 570 customers so that number doesn't make sense. If it were a 12 month average wouldn't it be about 2,200? Besides I've also had other flatswss. I'm not that great with math!!

I can make sense of most of my 4241m (I'm no longer selling stamps on the route, that's for sure! Getting the $/check, making sure it's right, giving stamps/change, writing up receipt & it's not bringing my any $$: NOPE!), but according to that & my 4241a, I get no time for casing DPS, which makes no sense. I get DPS, I case DPS.

Attached doc explains what everything means on 4241m.

I'm looking at my 4241m & a and they all make sense (I'm doing some math to see what it is daily and the numbers make sense), except the DPS part. I'm questioning my dismount walking distance, but I plan to check that manually myself.

Those seem to be daily averages. I get a boxholder every week & one every month, plus others (not sure how many) a year. It says I average 104.2 BH a day. 104.2*6 = average 625.2/week. I don't get that weekly, but if I add up all those #'s I get an average of ~600-650 weekly.

Perfect!! Thank you!!

DPS has always been “Street Time” although we have the option to case it. The ”Case DPS” on the 4241 is for When a route gets less than 400 pieces or double runs

I actually have 11 mins in this catagory
DPS LETTERS
I have no idea when this would have happened in those 52 weeks.

How will we know when this happens?
I guess you can visually see when a day has less than 400 pieces. I have never physically had less than 400 pieces of dps; I would remember that. Unless it happened a day when a sub worked. IDK.

How do you know when a double run occurs?
A double run would be 2 separate sets of DPS.

Yes, but where does a 2nd run of DPS get entered into RRECS? They don't enter it at the plant. The PM has nowhere to enter it (at least mine doesn't know of one). There is no entry on the scanner....
It’s automatic from the plant. Don’t know how since it doesn’t happen here.

Dps gets on a truck, goes to the wrong office. Shows up at your office the next day, never goes back to the plant.

I grant, this doesn't happen that often. But it definitely happens, at my office anyway. At least a couple of times a year...
