90 on hold down, need to change designation

I've been on a hold down for over 90 days now. What do i do to inform management to change my designation? Is there a form? If i just tell them they will never do it

No form. Just put it in writing that you “request a Designation change to 74. Day 1 was on ##-##-## and Day 91 was ##-##-##.“ Sign & date it & have mgmt do the same. If it’s not changed in 2 Pay Periods, file a grievance.
HR has been taking a while to get changes done.

It probably takes a few clicks to change designations, of course, if it has to do with our compensation its like pulling damn teeth !

Yeah, they can submit the request from your office but won't be able to process it there.
