I'm editing because I realized some of you may not have states that recognize the third gender, " binary."

Isn’t there a union publication that says otherwise? Does that not supersede state policy?
I’ve seen it, but can’t quote what or where to find it....

Also, it’s same as road construction. They cannot legally stop you, although sometimes it makes sense to wait it out, you gotta do what’s safest for you,, but even if it’s state run construction, they cannot stop the mail.
I don’t understand the commercial insurance.

According to the USPS, a carrier must supply insurance in accordance with state law. Only two states have this rediculous law. Fact is often stranger than fiction in the rural world.
