Advice Tooken off the schedule for the week

I was wondering if I could get some advice. Today after I finished my route 6/9 I checked the schedule for this following week I was tooken off the schedule for the whole week except for Tuesday which is the day I do my primary route.(But I never do it cause it’s one of the routes on a PTF string, this is a discussion for another day). I consistently work 6 days a week.  I had a verbal disagreement with my supervisor didn’t escalate no cursing nothing big.But she feels comfortable to take me off the schedule. Called my union steward no answer probably cause it’s saturday.

What was the discussion about? If about the weather you're out of luck, if about something she was doing against the contract, this new action she has taken could be considered retaliation and you now have the opportunity to file 2 grievances one for the infraction, and one for the retaliation.
With a name like Mail-monk I would think you are generally pretty quiet.

The discussion was one of those eye and eye interview things. I’m assuming she thinks I had a attitude during the process. The thing is this a regular occurrence at my station  whenever the supervisor is pissed they take people off the schedule, usually just happens to the senior RCA’s who won’t let the supervisor talk to them anyway they want.Honestly thinking about getting some RCA’s together to do  class action against her, its a hostile work environment, with a terrible culture, it’s known to be the worst station in my city, But for the short term any  more advice?

I'm guessing an "eye and eye interview" is a PDI (pre disciplinary interview)?

You've contacted your union rep, if they don't get back to you, go higher up the food chain (Assistant District Rep or District Rep).

There should be a matrix in your office, and it should be followed when scheduling. RCAs are entitled to work based upon the matrix, and not at the discretion (and whim) of the postmaster.

No carrier should ever attend an investigative interview without a union steward present, call your district rep and find out which steward is reassigned to your office. That steward will help you straighten out your pm and your office.

You do not HAVE to have a Steward in on a PDI but YOU have to request one, mgmt does NOT have to inform you of this.
Regardless, if no Matrix is in the office, speak to your Rep so they can try to enforce or they'll file a Class-action on contract violation. IF there is a matrix & mgmt isn't following the O-6 Order of Consideration by using it, then speak to mgmt & file a grievance for contract violation.
