Amazon sunday/holiday burnout

It's happening in our district. This might identify my district but I'm beyond caring. The sub shortage is so acute around here that supervisors are now being forced in on Amazon sundays/Holidays. Rcas are quitting all over. We lost 1, a 5 year veteran! Morale is low. It's so bad, that the poom had to do a Sunday. What a cluster!
Only way it gets better is we lose Amazon but that will only be temporary until the Amazon peeps realize working 6-7 days a week sucks while trying to raise a family on low dough. Smh
