You can't "opt out" of Sundays. You can mark "no" on the volunteer list. They are supposed to schedule RCAs who marked "yes" on the volunteer list first. Then if more needed, schedule the people who marked "no" on a rotating basis. You are lucky to be in an office where enough people actually volunteered.

What volunteer list? No one volunteers for Amazon Sunday. Everyone is "voluntold" they will be delivering Amazon EVERY Sunday.
