I currently have 58 days of annual leave. Is the new MOU of 65 days in effect right now? Or does it start in January 2021? I keep checking my paystub online and it still says maximum annual leave carryover is 55 days.

It’s technical. The three days will carry over to next year. They’re not actually carried over from this year to next until the year is over
Is there a possibility of a profitable computer glitch?
Computer error they did not bother to change the program to carry over annual beyond 55 days. If each person writes a letter with lots of documentation they may eventually get the lost days back.

Yes, the MOU is In effect. Up to 65 days will carryover into next year. If by chance they don’t, a grievance could be filed to retrieve those lost days.
