For the last 6 weeks every Saturday every RCA in our office has to go help the new one. The new RCA fails horribly. For some reason this RCA cannot deliver both the mail and packages at the same time. It takes five RCA's to get this route done on Saturdays working till 8 p.m. can we refuse to continue helping this person? I get that it takes awhile to learn the system so don't get me wrong..... this RCA has been trained by four separate carriers and still does not get it. (Racking up as much money as possible) perhaps this RCA is stupid like a fox ......why do the work when four others are sent to do it for you, and all's you have to do is sit beside the road and wait for them to come do your route for you and collect your wages because you are still in the pay periods of not having to get paid by evaluation but hourly. Every time we catch up with this RCA in the field it is in the exact same place. How much trouble do we get in if we refuse to continue helping after we have already run our own routes?
