Any other POV having issues like my area

Anyone else experiencing this in their area.

I haven't had sub for almost 33 months now. Within a 9 mile radius of my office which is all POV, here is the sub situation.

My office 1 route NO SUB
014 2 full and 1 aux NO SUB besides RCA on aux and aux is 6+ hour route
088 3 route 1 sub (will count as 1/2 of a sub because person got DUI)
069 3 routes 2 subs (ALL 3 routes are H)
051 3 routes 1 sub

Another office 15 miles away 2 routes 1 sub (BOTH J route)

Once you get past that, it is almost all GOV, and guess what no one will help out because no one has POV. This is such as freaking mess for any POV. Any RCA with POV would make big bucks but no one will travel. It's just ridiculous.

10 routes here 7 are pov, 1 of which is H route should go to J once unfrozen. We have 1 PTF, 4 RCAs, 3 ARCs. One of those RCAs serve 32 hr aux and it has gov vehicle.

Edit: surrounding offices are mainly 50/50 mix gov PoV routes. Some offices are all pov others are all gov. Most are 2-5 route offices a few 10+ routes. Staffing wise most have if lucky 1 sub. Management is not friendly and being mandated to work a large 100k+ population city near us. Made many just up and quit before I became regular. I don’t think staffing will bounce back for many if these small post offices ever.
