Apparently we have "Retention Specialists"

Found this out from PM today after they met with them to discuss ideas to prevent employee turnover. I need to know how to get this job. Another USPS position where you can be an utter failure at it but keep your job. :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:
 
I guess they think that the person with duties to retain business customers would likewise be able to apply that to craft retention.

"USPS Retention Specialist (often called a Customer Retention Agent) is a postal worker who makes outbound calls to small business customers to support shipping needs and promote postal services.
 
Do they really need someone for this.... let be the first to say -- hurry those clerks up --
just get us the mail and parcels - there happy rural carriers - so simple, no study needed

I'm not aware of any career position that would allow an utter failure to be fired. Certainly not regular rural carriers. So long as they show up from time to time and don't do anything overtly criminal they can ride that gravy train to retirement.
