Over the years we have had many carriers transfer/switch/swap crafts, whatever vernacular you want to use. But thanks for chiming in.

So far, according to the poll, it’s unanimous.
Everyone is working “under” their new evaluation.
The complaints about losing money are all due to just that: losing money.
Those of you whose routes lost time have no legitimate complaint other than verifying your data was input correctly.
The time standards will not change or be renegotiated, so that’s a dead issue. Industrial engineers took years to develop them.

Speak for yourself. I was barely under my evaluated time before. Now I have no doubt I will regularly be going over my evaluated time. So far I’m 2 for 2. I have every right to complain because I KNOW my evaluation is wrong.

Clerk positions open at my office . One full time position and 1 ptf, cpl non career opening as well. Couldn’t pay me enough to be a clerk in my office. In the short time I am in office and loading I get enough bull as is.

Heavy day today I was 1 hr 10 minutes over my new eval, but right at my old eval.

The kicker is I have no doubt at all upper management will eventually complain to my PM and supervisor about how I’m going over eval too much. Luckily they are both awesome and mad that we are having to deal with this.

rt was a 40k, now 39h. busted eval by an over an hour today, but made old eval time.

Was a 47k, now a 43J. Saturday I was an hour over eval and yesterday I was 1 1/2 hrs over eval. The problem I have on my route under RRECS is new territory. My new subdivision was 30% completed when they began collecting data, and now it's 80% complete. Deliveries went from 450ish to over 750 in that year.

By the time the community is finished sometime next year, I wont have a full year worth of data to properly evaluate my route until some time in 2025.

This is working as intended because it works both ways.

Yes you have to wait a year to be properly compensated, but when neighborhoods get demolished or destroyed via Godzilla you still get paid for a year after.......

was over by 76 minutes yesterday under old eval, would have been down to 27 over today, probably at or close to eval by end of week.

new eval i'm 107 minutes over.
