Aux Assistance question

We have an aux in the office It's 5 hours. I know under the new contract they can use the aux RCA for help on other routes, or whatever it seems. So my question is if the aux carrier is 6-0 should the other subs be called in for the work? They seem to always use the aux RCA

Per the contract, the aux carrier is to be used AFTER all other RCAs are utilized.

Tell your RCAs to contact the stew - that's a very winnable class action grievance.

--  Adding to "Oi veh's" posting -- Page 49 of the new contract:  AFTER COMPLETION of the assigned auxiliary route or primary route assignment, a leave replacement assigned to serve the auxiliary MAY BE utilized on any other auxiliary route, or serve as a leave replacement or provide auxiliary assistance on any regular route.

--  The ADR may be able to cite "delaying the mail" if manglement chooses to have the 5-hour AUX carrier work other routes after completing his/her route if there are RCA's sitting at home at the start of the work day.
