AUX Lost 4 hours on special count

Guys help me with question or section 4 of grievance (issue complaint). I talked with ADR and she does not think count will get tossed out, unless I can find a technicality. ADR is going to check if everyone was trained and training does not expire. And further verify the data.

Issue complaint:

Is management in violation of the contract by failing to give me credit for special mail count, September 2021.

Anything better?

Do several.

Was count conducted in good faith?

Was route inspection conducted in good faith.

Was edit book and 4003 updated accurately.

Was count documents falsified by management.

Any more guys?

With not being there and actually seeing and hearing things, it's difficult to zero in on specifics. You are past 14 days since last say of count so there's that time frame. Perhaps you could go from the date you actually received your final paperwork and use that date as day one of the 14 day period. Did you look at the old 4241A in the route book ? That should say HOW and WHEN the original evaluation was achieved. It will say count or adjustment, etc. That will tell you / us IF the route even qualified for the special count in the first place. You could file on that IF the route did not meet any of the criteria to be counted. Counters NOT being trained could be another. I'm kinda concerned about the 14 day window myself. Was the count conducted properly ?

I just verified that new time sheet was affected by count, so I am still in the time frame to file the grievance from learning about the issue.

I like the multiple question aspect.

I for sure need to put question about red book.

BootCowSki -- Ask the ADR for a better Line 4 question.

-- Probably just one question per grievance. Anyone??

-- Were the "counters" actually trained? Documentation available for inspection?

-- How were the days with no DPS handled?

-- When did you receive the count paperwork?

-- Did you sign off on the count paperwork?

-- When did the results of the mail count take effect?

-- Did you have the Red Book during mail count so you could work on it?

There is still time with regards to the "new evaluation" as that took effect Oct. 9th which was the beginning of the new guarantee period. I, for a bit, thought all was lost with regard to the 14 day window but nope..............
9. Changes in Compensation
Changes in compensation due to eligibility for
adjustment, or loss of evaluated compensation as
determined by a mail count evaluation conducted
pursuant to Article 9.2.C.3. shall be effected at the
beginning of the fourth full pay period following
the end of the count period. Those special counts
conducted during the last twelve (12) days in
September will be effected at the beginning of
the guarantee period
. When making changes in
compensation as a result of interim adjustments
and mail counts conducted under Article 9.2.C.3.,
no rural carrier’s salary may be reduced below the
salary guarantee during the guarantee period.

If you are assigned to the aux route, like not just scheduled but form 50 cut that enshrines you as the carrier of record, were you allowed and scheduled for the aux each day of count, or did they throw you everywhere but your assigned route?
I was there for each day of the count. When I got back on day 1, supervisor 'mandated' me to go carry on city with my own POV lol!!!

I hesitated since I was day 1 in count, and didnt want any enemies for next 11 days. But I washed up and a rural carrier came back, and I used their llv on city.

I know management exceeds their rights to mandate me to work city, but they had me trapped day one count. So i carried city after count.

I know i can trap super or PM with a statement if they ask me to cross craft but they havent asked since.
