When does an RCA become a designation 79?
Is it after their 90 days on the route?
If an RCA who has just been awarded an auxiliary route (this week) would they be a designation 79?
I read where RCA's running Aux routes will be paid ONLY for the hours actually worked on that route and not the evaluated hours. Does this apply to <strong><span style="text-decoration: underline">ALL</span></strong> RCA's or just those that are <strong><span style="text-decoration: underline">Designation 79</span></strong>? <a href="https://www.knowledgebase.ruralinfo.net/christmas-period-quiz/">Christmas Period Quiz</a>
