Aux Route Question

Ok so I have been on a hold down in my office for two years and the route is soon going up for bid. I am number two in seniority for the RCAs so I’m will not become regular yet. My question is.. can I move to the AUX route in my office that is now currently occupied by another RCA That has less senority than myself? Or would she have to first move off the route?

When there is a change(hour,j,k,L,non L,regular off for more than 30 days, primary Rca becomes regular or separated from service) on a route, matrix movement is allowed. First the second is allowed to move up if there is no primary and they desire to do so. Then ,by seniority,an Rca may change their primary to the route with change, otherwise no matrix movement is contractual.

Tertiary has dibs on secondary, not primary.
