Auxiliary route

We have an auxiliary route in our office that is 35 hours. The senior rca was holding it down as 5-1. She was disciplined and fired from her job grievance is still at step 3. The next senior rca is running it most days except when she is needed on other routes that are bigger she works them and another rca runs the auxiliary rt. They have hired a new rca for the auxiliary route she hasn’t went down for training yet but my question is: Will the senior rca still have the right to work the auxiliary route and the new rca run it when she is doing other routes or does the newly hired rca get the right to work the auxiliary rt. Like to find in writing if possible thanks for any info

Read Article 30.2.G. in the contract (Filling an Auxiliary Route)...
I read that article but it doesn’t say anything about a rca being assigned specifically to the auxiliary route . The senior rca that is assigned right now is unavailable because of a pending grievance so it still would be offered to the next senior rca even though they are hiring an rca specifically for the auxiliary? Am I understanding that right? Or not?

Hired a new RCA these days means a shadow day first before training with present coverage to see if they like the flavor. Last newbie did shadow day liked gig. Off to training for 3 days of safety talks with some basics. . Came back to start learning from REG before 2nd round of training. Did 2nd day and bailed. Submitted e mail letter of no interest of working for (not my typo) UPS.

Aux routes can burn in hell from a former AUX runner with another job.. There are fewer written guidelines on how or what is expected to this run compared to a REG route. Our lower pay table AUX runner on 6 day option still tends tables or bar because they earn more serving or pouring for tips than they make on AUX. They boast on a good Friday or Saturday night $350+ in tips for 2 days work. On the slower nights 100 minimum pocket jingle plus their hourly rate.

Auxy Rt should be offered by seniority... I think that's what it says in that article cited above... if any senior RCA is bypassed for a less senior RCA, then they have standing to file a grievance...
