I was a 48k step 7 or 8 on table 2 during the time period. Gross adjustment was $1992. I threw an extra $1,000 into my HSA this pay period and ended up getting about $400 extra on top of my regular paycheck.
Last time we got back pay I was an RCA. I was expecting more as a Regular. It's crazy to not even get half of it.I was a 43k for most of this period and only netted like 76 more than that, only amounted to an extra 800 or so on my check... Im sure its all "technically" correct but it seems like they worked it into the contract to keep back pay as low as possible.
That’s pretty high rangeGot a clean 1700 extra on my check![]()
I don’t know whether it is gross or net you are talking about . If it is net then it is extra ordinarily high —- good for you ! If it is gross — that’s pretty much average —- they take about 800/900 on extra deduction and you end up with 1300/1400 net extra$2200 was a 45k and 46k. Probably some OT extrapolation included.
I would expect the reply from the union would go like this………………You will take that $187 and be happy. Now sit down and shut up.A whole $187.
I thought we were getting a dollar an hour for most of a year. Guess I was mistaken or they screwed it up somehow.
Thanks for nothing, NRLCA.
