Box holder or flat?

Today is my day off, but I'm told my route had a pizza shop menu for every household which were addressed. Those count as flats, right? Does the size of it matter? These menus are typically more like a leaflet, not the size of a magazine or catalog.

They might be letters. I got 2 full covetage addressed, column 1 letters.

So if it has an address on it, no matter that else, other than the size of it, it's a flat? Not a boxholder? Do I have that correct?

And if there are blank advo/Red Plum in the bundles of addressed same then you get credit for an additional flat for each blank one. (IA)

we had papa murphys ads today - they were addressed with a glue on label. just barely small enough to be letters, but label was put on wrong, making them flats. full coverage.
