Broken Bundles in Parcel Hamper

How do I stop clerks from putting broken bundles of catalogs/magazines in hampers? I’ve cased and pulled down, only to find flats under parcels.

Yeah...that's not cool. Our clerks always bring them to us...in my old office they had a magazine rack that they put them all in. Sounds to me like your clerks are just lazy.... I'm not sure what you can do? I'd at least talk to them, and ask the clerks to holler at you, and you'll come get them. Neciat, or someone will have a better answer for ya, but yeah, I get it. No need to make what's already hard...even harder. Of course that is usually the postal way when you have po mgmt MORONS in charge....

As @neciat asked, are these FIRM bundles? A bundled set of flats to a business. Such as a school.
If your office gets paid for Withdrawal. P.O. 603 212.11

record (if applicable) from the distribution cases all mail for your route that
has not already been placed on your case ledge by a clerk or mailhandler.
Normally, no more than two additional withdrawals should be made in the

I would argue a hamper is not a distribution case ( withdrawal office) or that the flats are not at my case/neatly stacked ( withdrawal and non withdrawal offices).

No FIRM. Yesterday a lot of Grainger catalogs. They are usually on the rack or stacked on the floor at my case.
