You are entering it right. 10:32 is correct format. You have to be careful not to mess with cells containing formulas. Enabling editing allows you to change anything.

It seems the calculators , on Rural info , aren't protected. To protect a calculator: Open calc., Click Review Tab ( Top right), Click Protect sheet ( or workbook, if long), a Pop up will appear- make sure "select unlock cells" has a tick next to it, enter a password of your choosing, click OK, another popup will ask you to reenter password- do it, click ok. Now you will only be able to enter data. No fear of changing formulas/formats.

Which calc. are you using? Please delete one you have and re-download. Protect sheet per instructions. If you changed formatting or a formula , it will never be right.

Please try post 5 and 3. What version are you using?

So when we poke in the numbers, and it gives us the evaluation "projection"... is it just basing that upon getting the same volume for the remaining days??? Like if you put in 3 days of info, then it's basically multiplying that by 4, or if you put in 4 days info, then it's multiplying that by 3??? <img title="Confused" alt="Confused" src="https://www.ruralmailtalk.ruralinfo.net/wp-content/sp-resources/forum-smileys/sf-confused.gif" />

Yes. It averages whatever data you have entered into a weekly evaluation. From Calculator page:

The time displayed is a “Running Evaluation” . For example : If you had only 1 certified accepted in the 12 days, the calculator would divide 1 by 12 then multiply by 6 ( gets a weekly average”. Then it multiplies that number by the time standards. So your route is averaging .5 certifieds accepted a week

D.B., my route is currently sitting at 60:41 hours. In past counts, I usually lose 2 hours from my highest number. This year will be tougher as the weeks involved are good for mail. At least for me.
I use the sheets to reconcile numbers with management at end of count. Errors,etc..
I also use the numbers to decide if it's worth fighting for.

Yes, I've always used the calculators that you put up here in past counts... and they serve many useful functions for me... I know where I can get extra time, by doing "what if's", and then fighting to get to where I need to be... knowing you're within minutes of the next hour in the closing days can be a game-changer... maybe just a bit more on load time??? Maybe get that extra box added in, or another few mark ups... etc...
Pretty sure my final numbers have always matched what I got from the USPS, unless they had made an error... and in those cases, the calculator helps me find their errors...

DPS and FSS on LLV routes is less time allowance than a POV route.
