I personally like the Simple version. You still enter daily data, but it's only one page. If your PM gives you the 2 week total, you could use the Short version. Most modern day Office Programs work with either Open Office or Excel. Numbers should work with Excel.

Does Excel work on a Mac though? I used that Open Office, mostly because my Excel is waaaaay out of date, and the long version. I tried the simple one, and had to keep adding each days numbers to the existing total from the previous days.

Any office Program has the possibility of automatically changing formulas or formats. ( which is a problem) Installing, then using Open Office would work.

No impact on data. Rural info updated the dates so as not to inconvenience me. Must've copied & pasted. There's a hidden row (33). Copy & Paste won't work with that section. Has to be manually entered. Only occurs on the long form.

The line is hidden. If you look on left side, the numbered lines are off by one number. Just double click above the missing number and it should un-hide that line. I did notice the pay chart was wrong, but this was given to us free so the hours chart will still be correct, will just have to use new pay chart.

The last time I released the calcs. this was mentioned. It takes a lot of work . Feel free to update the pay at your step. Hit the Review Tab. Then select unprotect sheet. Change the needed cells.

I am going to work on it today.
Using The Calculator I have a couple of questions.
<strong>On withdrawal:</strong> During mail count they brought mail to us but after count the made us go and retrieve it.
They said, "mail count is over now you have to go get your own mail'.
So when using the calculator should I check yes or no when using the calculator?
