Can a regular request a different rca?

Long story short this rca is causing me some problems. Their personal drama in this small town is getting to the point to where I'm hearing about it. Along with that and other reasons I am just curious if a regular carrier has the ability to request a different sub.

Causing you drama is not a reason. Avoid the Drama by keeping your comments to yourself if dragged in as a guest appearance in their Soap Opera.
